Summary: You’re a little frustrated. Our room was fine but when we called down for a couple items while we were there, we had to call four times and still didn’t get it. Got credit on our room charge but frustrating the results of remodeling going on so we had to navigate that in front desk staff wasn’t very efficient. Otherwise our stay was pretty good but Customer Service and Delivery of items were disappointing. I also left a message to talk to someone after my stay and I never got a call back from the hotel. Our room was clean and nice but the room service and front desk staff were lacking.

Summary: Spotless, a true, large suite, and the staff is very nice. But some transitions are still under construction, and some changes are not great. For example the floors squeak.

Summary: Rooms missing body wash, sheets, for pull out bed, floors not totally clean still had some dirt in it. Literally very little toiletries. When we checked in there were dishes in front of the door I’m guessing from the last guest, we checked out and the same dishes were STILL sitting there. Minimum towel not enough for occupancy limit maybe enough for 2 people and this was a 5 persons room. They had huge frames with little 28in TV inside and this was supposed to be one of the upgraded rooms. Beds very uncomfortable my husband woke up with back pain thank goodness we were only there for one night. Just didn’t have a 3/4 stars feel more like a motel. Even the outside of the building looked unkept. However, the staff were friendly which is why I give 2stars.

Summary: The cleaning crew were not doing the best job. We asked to refill our soap for 3 days and only got it in our last day. One day they only left us one towel for 2 people. There is a construction going on the main floor and dust and dirt is everywhere. They did not clean our floors at all, even though it was pretty dirty. Other than that it was ok

Summary: The bed sheets look dirty at times.. and this has not been my first time there. Just didn't want to review it but at times there's stains that look like mold.

Summary: Property is well beyond its intended use. Needs complete overall at this point. Watch the windows in the suites. They leak like crazy. Had a waterfall in my room.
